נט. שאלת אם הקורא בתורה יכול לומר דברא הא אמר ס"פ בני העיר (מגילה ל"ב ע"א) הקורא בתורה לא יסייע למתורגמן כדי שלא יאמרו תרגום כתוב בתורה.

*Q*. Is the Reader (of the Torah) permitted to recite the *piyyutim* called *dibra* (דבּרא) while reading the ten commandments to the congregation?¹, 76. *Dibra* is a *piyyut* recited on Pentecost after each of the ten commandments.
*A*. No, on reading the scroll of the Law the reader is not permitted to add any extraneous material lest it be confused with the Text in the minds of the listeners.

ותרנגולת שנמלחה וכבר דבוק בה גם אנו מורי' כבי' אב"ן להצריך קליפה ולא כדברי ראבי"ה שיאן מצריך אפי' קליפה דלא שייך למימר דמא משריק שריק אלא בדבר שאינו דבוק אלא מונח אצלו כגון כבדא עילוי בשרא אבל דבוק לא וטעמא משום דהוי דם האברים שלא פירש ומותר גמור וכשהוא יוצא לחוץ ע"י מליחה לאויר העולם אינו חוזר ונבלע אלא מישרק הלכך ממ"נ מותר אבל כשהוא דבוק בחתיכה כי נפיק דם מכבד נאמר שכבר יצא ממנו וחוזר ונבלע בחתיכה במקום דיבוק ולא שייך בכה"ג דמא מישרק שריק אחרי שלא יצא לאויר העולם. ומיהו סגי בכדי קליפה דדם אינו מפעפע כמו חלב כדמשמע בכמה מקומות.
