ועוד נסתפקנו על הקרוב"ץ שמוסיפין ביו"ט בג' ברכות ראשונות של תפלה ובברכות של ק"ש שלפני' ולאחרי' אם טוב לאמרם, או אם טוב למנוע מלאמרם (תשובה זו הביא הרדב"ז ח"ד סי' תקל"ב):

We were also unsure regarding the liturgical poems (*krovitz*) added on festivals within the first three blessings of the Amida prayer, and within the blessings before and after the recitation of the Shema. Is it correct to recite them¹, or is it better to refrain from doing so?²

¹ Permission to recite such liturgy is given in Tosafot on Berakhot 34a:10, citing Rabbeinu Hananel and Rav Hai Gaon since it is a public and not a private request. (This opinion in attributed to Rabbeinu Tam in Rosh on Berakhot 5:21 and to Ri in Beit Yosef Orach Chaim 112.)
² This seems to be the opinion given in Halakhot Gedolot 1:49.

והשיבו אז ישיר משה ובני ישראל וגו' אשירה לה', מה ת"ל אשירה אלא אשירה לפניו בכל מיני תשבחות ושירות שאוכל לשיר:

They responded: *"Then Moses and the children of Israel sang... I will sing to God." (Exodus 15:1)* What is the significance of 'I will sing'? It means that I will sing before Him with any kinds of praise and poetry that I am able to sing.
