**הַחוֹמָה** שֶׁלִּדְרוֹם הֶחָצֵר הַחִיצוֹנָה אָרְכָּהּ שי"ז אַמָּה, וְעָבְיָהּ שֵׁשׁ, כְּדִין הַצְּפוֹנִי שֶׁנִּתְבָּאֵר לְמַעְלָה (סימן ח), וְיִתְבָּרֵר בְּסִימָן ע"ד בְּעֵזֶר הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרֵךְ.

The southern wall of the outer courtyard was 317 cubits long and 6 cubits thick, like the northern wall described above.¹ More details concerning the outer courtyard’s southern wall will be explained in sec. 74, with God’s help.
