כיון שהגיע זמן תפלת המנחה אסור לטעום כלום וכו' - ואית ליה לרבי יהושע מפסיקין ואפילו מן האכילה ולא היא:

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
**ONCE THE TIME [TO RECITE] THE AFTERNOON PRAYER HAS ARRIVED, A PERSON MAY NOT TASTE ANYTHING ETC.** And R’ Yehoshua ben Laivee **is of the opinion that**as soon as the time for minchoh arrives **we must even stop eating. And it is not so.**We do not follow R’ Yehoshua ben Laivee in this matter.¹
