**שידע גנות מעשהו ידיעה ברורה**כלו' שידע בבירור שעשה המעשים ההם לאפוקי אם הוא מסופק שאינו זוכר המעשה או הגנות בברור או שאינו זוכר אותו לגמרי שהכיר עבירתו ואח"כ שכחה או שהיה שוגג בשעת מעשה כגון חלב לפניו ואכל ממנו כסבור שאכל שומן ולא נודע לו כלל ששגג שהשוגג צריך כפרה ג"כ אך מאחר שאינו יודע אותו לא יתכן בזה שום בקשת כפרה:
