**איננה כי אם באומץ הבורא וכו'**כלומר עדיין לא הגיעו למדרגת אברהם אבינו ע"ה שאין זה רק מחמת שהבורא עוזר אותם ומסייעם מהתגברות היצר שעליהם בעבור שכל השתדלותם בעבודתו וכדרך הבא לטהר שמסייעין אותו משא"כ אברהם אבינו ע"ה הגיע למדרגה זו בלא עזר מהבורא, שאחר שהבורא נסה אותו בזה ודאי שלא עזרו:

**המנוסים כדניאל וחבריו**ואין הנסיון הזה דומה לנסיון אברהם אבינו ע"ה שהנסיון המגיע לשאר חסידים מגיע מבחירת בני אדם זולתם עליהם ברשעתם והקב"ה עוזר אותם שיעמדו בנסיונם ויקדשו השם ולפעמים עושה להם נס משא"כ נסיון אברהם ע"ה שהקב"ה עצמו נסה אותו אך הוא עצמו עמד בנסיונו לגודל חסידותו:

those tests are not comparable to the test of Avraham, because the tests of other pious ones came from other human beings' wickedness and free will on them, and G-d helped those pious ones to stand up to the test, and sanctify His Name, sometimes G-d even performed miracles for them. But in the test of Avraham, however, G-d Himself tested him, and Avraham himself stood up to the test on his own, without help, out of his great piety.
