**ומתכוונין כו' לא שיראה כו'.** עי' לעיל פ"ה ה"ב שכתב שיהיה ר"ח לאחר הראיה הוה פלא וזהו ר"ל מה דאמרינן בגמ' דר"ה דף כ' ע"ב כל ספיקא לקמיה שדינן ר"ל דהוה ידע בחשבון רק שמא עפ"י הראיה נשתנה ואמר דלזה לא חיישינן:
