**בשם הריב"ש:** בפסוק יששכר חמור גרם ר"ל יש שכר ע"י זה החומר גרם:

**The Way of The Baal Shem Tov. Adapted into English by Rabbi Amiram Markel and Yehudah Shimon Markel, 2020:**
It is related in the name of the Baal Shem Tov: The verse states,¹⁷⁷ “Yissachar-*יששכר* is a strong boned-*Garem*-*גרם* donkey-*Chamor*-*חמור*.” This may be interpreted as follows: “There is reward-*Yesh Sachar*-*יש שכר* by the physical substance-*Chomer*-*חומר* being caused-*Garem*-*גרם* to serve *HaShem*.”
