אצרות בית ה' וגו' אביה בנו ג' שנים וירדף אביה כו', כצ"ל:

והוא אז לכד, פירוש שעשה שני דברים שלא כהוגן, שהוכיחו ברבים, ואח"כ כשלכד בית אל והניח את העגלים גם הוא, לפיכך נגפו הקב"ה:

ובשנת כ' לירבעם מלך אסא מ"א שנה, כצ"ל:

בשנת אחת עשרה שנה לאסא בא זרח כושי, כצ"ל, שהרי כתיב בימיו שקטה הארץ עשר שנים, משמע שאחר העשר שנים היה לו מלחמה, ומלחמה אחרת לא נמצא בקרא, והא דכתיב בשנת חמש עשרה (שנה) למלכות אסא, ויזבחו לה' ביום ההוא מן השלל, והקרבנות הביאו מן השלל, אבל לא נקבצו לזבוח מפני המלחמה, אלא נקבצו לכרות ברית, וקרבנות הביאו מן השלל שבזזו מן זרח קודם לכן ארבעה שנים:

ירבעם מלך כ"ב שנה, צ"ל אחר ונטלה אסא, ירבעם מלך כ"ב שנה נדב בנו שתי שנים, זה כלל נקוט בידך כל מלכי ישראל לא מלכו מלכות שלמה, אלא מלכות מקוטעים עד יהורם, אבל מלכי יהודה מלכו מלכות שלמה:

בשנת שלש לאסא כו', פירוש כי אסא מלך בשנת עשרים לירבעם, נשאר מירבעם שנה אחת, ונדב בנו אחת, ובשנת שלש מלך בעשא על ישראל:

ומה תלמוד לומר ל"ו הם ל"ו שנה שנגזרה על מלכות בית דוד שתחלק ובאחרונה עתידה שתחזור להם כנגד ל"ו שנה שנתחתן כו' וכנגד ל"ו שנה שנגזרה למלכי ארם כו', כצ"ל:

לכך נאמר בשנת שלשים ושש למלכות אסא היא שנת ל"ו לשלמה משמת, כצ"ל:
