(דברים א ח) **רְאֵה נָתַתִּי לִפְנֵיכֶם אֶת הָאָרֶץ**, אָמַר לָהֶם: אֵינִי אוֹמֵר לָכֶם לֹא מֵאֹמֶד וְלֹא מִשְּׁמוּעָה, אֶלָּא מַה שֶּׁאַתֶּם רוֹאִים בְּעֵינֵיכֶם. **בֹּאוּ וּרְשׁוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ**, אָמַר לָהֶם: כְּשֶׁאַתֶּם נִכְנָסִים לָאָרֶץ אֵין אַתֶּם צְרִיכִים כְּלֵי זַיִן, אֶלָּא קוֹבֵעַ דִּיּוֹפְטִין – וּמְחַלֵּק.

1. “*See*! I have placed the Land before you!” (Dt. 1:8).
Moses said to them:
**I won’t expect you to accept rumors or tales**

“Come and take possession of the Land!” (Dt. 1:8).
Moses said to them:
When you enter the Land
you won’t need weapons.
Just survey it and dole it out !
