**English Edition; Koren Publishers Jerusalem, 2019:**
לְדָוִד מִזְמוֹר A psalm of David. The earth is the LORD’s and all it contains, the world and all who live in it. For He founded it on the seas and established it on the streams. Who may climb the mountain of the LORD? Who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not taken My name in vain, or sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the LORD, and just reward from God, his salvation. This is a generation of those who seek Him, the descendants of Jacob who seek Your presence, Selah! Lift up your heads, O gates; be uplifted, eternal doors, so that the King of glory may enter. Who is the King of glory? It is the LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates; lift them up, eternal doors, so that the King of glory may enter. Who is He, the King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory, Selah!

מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד A psalm of David. Render to the LORD, you angelic powers, render to the LORD glory and might. Render to the LORD the glory due to His name. Bow down to the LORD in the splendor of holiness. The LORD’s voice echoes over the waters; the God of glory thunders; the LORD is over the mighty waters. The LORD’s voice in power, the LORD’s voice in beauty, the LORD’s voice breaks cedars, the LORD shatters the cedars of Lebanon. He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, Sirion like a young wild ox. The LORD’s voice cleaves flames of fire. The LORD’s voice makes the desert quake, the LORD shakes the desert of Kadesh. The LORD’s voice makes hinds calve and strips the forests bare, and in His temple all say: “Glory!” The LORD sat enthroned at the Flood, the LORD sits enthroned as King for ever. The LORD will give strength to His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace.

**English Edition; Koren Publishers Jerusalem, 2019:**
וּבְנֻחֹה יֹאמַר When the Ark came to rest, Moses would say: “Return, O LORD, to the myriad thousands of Israel.” Advance, LORD, to Your resting place, You and Your mighty Ark. Your priests are clothed in righteousness, and Your devoted ones sing in joy. For the sake of Your servant David, do not reject Your anointed one. For I give you good instruction; do not forsake My Torah. It is a tree of life to those who grasp it, and those who uphold it are happy. Its ways are ways of pleasantness, and all its paths are peace. Turn us back, O LORD, to You, and we will return. Renew our days as of old.

הִנְנִי Here I am, empty of deeds, in turmoil, fearing the One who sits enthroned on the praises of Israel. I have come here to stand up and plead with You for Your people Israel who have sent me, even though I am not worthy or fitting to come. And so I ask of You, God of Abraham, God of Isaac and God of Jacob, the Lord, the Lord, compassionate and gracious God, my God, Almighty, fearful and awesome, please, give me success along the road that I tread, to stand and ask for compassion for me and for those who have sent me, and please, do not condemn them for my sins, do not hold them liable for my crimes, for I am a sinner, I do wrong, do not let them be disgraced by my sins, let them not be ashamed of me, nor me of them. Accept my prayer as if it were the prayer of an old man, experienced and fluent, one whose past is becoming and whose beard is long and his voice pleasant, and whose mind is involved with the concerns of others. Banish the Adversary, that he should not draw me aside. Let the banner that we fly for You be love, cover all our crimes over with love, and turn all our fast days and torments to happiness and joy – ours and those of all Israel – to life and to peace; [let us] love truth and peace, and let there be no obstacle to my prayer.
