# 253 – Negative Mitzvah 253 - Not to wrong or harm a convert in business – 253 - המצווה הרנ"ג - האזהרה שהזהרנו מלהונות גר צדק ומלהזיקו במקחו וממכרו

This mitzvah is the prohibition against wronging a convert in money or harming him in buying and selling, from "nor shall you oppress him" (Shemos 22:20). One who cheats a convert transgresses this in addition to the general prohibition of ona'as mamon that applies to all Jews.
