Rav Yehuda Levy is the latter.
He has spent countless hours learning the sugya, written articles, taught classes, and spoken to gedolei yisrael.
He also goes up regularly, was involved in starting Yeshivas Har HaBayis, and has played an active role in expanding tefillah rights at our holiest site.
All of this, in addition to his professional life as a video production manager and a United Hatzalah volunteer.
