Chapter 10
“A glimpse into the Oneness of G-D”
In chapter 9 the Alter Rebbe said you need faith as it’s beyond logic. Here the Alter Rebbe gives us a glimpse of the Oneness.
Sefirot are called אור so that we can have a example of יחוד of G-D
The אור in the שמש does not exist. The אור in the שמש as a מאור is מיוחד with its source.
Same with the Sefirot they are מיוחד with its source even though it appears to have an identity here as the אור has here.
The Sefirot even though there is a dominant Sefira at one time as in first day of creation חסד are all intertwined so its force is toned down & especially as it exists in this world it’s not as powerful hence the lack of the יחוד presence felt.
