And Joseph dreamed a dream. (Ibid. 37:5) Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi said: “Come and see. G-d’s traits are not like man’s traits. A human being inflicts with a knife and heals with a bandage. G-d, however, heals with the very thing with which He inflicts, as it says: ‘For I will restore to you your health, and I will heal you from your wounds”³ (Jeremiah 30:17).
