ומ"ש דעובר היינו בין בפניו בין שלא בפניו כמו שכתב הרמב"ם בעצמו באותו הפרק בהלכה ה' וכמו שנברר אם ירצה השם לקמן בכלל ג' בשם כל הראשונים, ורק המספר לבד עובר על לאו זה ולא המקבל.
