ולפעמים עובר על ידי קבלתו וכו' כגון אם רואה שחבירו מתחיל לספר וכו'. דבאמת מצות עשה דהוכחה הוא גם כן קודם החטא כדי שלא יבוא לחטא, וכדאיתא להדיא בספר המצות להרמב"ם מצוה ר"ה הוא שציונו להוכיח את החוטא או מי שירצה לחטוא ולמנוע ממנו במאמר התוכחה וכו' ע"ש. וכן כתב גם כן בספר יראים במצוה ל"ז עיין שם. ומה שכתבתי ואפילו אם הוא ספק לו וכו', דאם בודאי שלא יקבלנו מוטב שלא לומר לו וכמו שאמרו ביבמות (ס"ה ע"ב) והביאו הרא"ש שם.
