A child younger than 13 years old, when he is ready for education he needs to bless. Although some disagree with this, in a place in which there is a minhag (custom) that the kid blesses with Name and Kingdom, he should bless. In a place, in which such a custom does not exist, he should bless without Name nor Kingdom because of the explanations of those who disagree (that a child under 13 should bless).
