'וְקִדַּשְׁתּוֹ', לְכָל דָּבָר שֶׁבִּקְדֻשָּׁה; לִפְתֹּחַ רִאשׁוֹן, וּלְבָרֵךְ רִאשׁוֹן, וְלִטֹּל מָנָה יָפָה רִאשׁוֹן (ויקרא כא, ח). נקיט שלשה דברים כנגד ג' אותיות כֹּהֵן שהם יחידות שאין להם זוג שישוה עמהם והמה ה' באחדים נו"ן בעשרות ך' במאות.
