'וְאֶת מִצְוָתוֹ הֵפַר', זֶה הַמֵּפֵר בְּרִית בַּבָּשָׂר (במדבר טו, לא). נראה דדרש 'מִצְוַת וָא"ו הֵפַר' וא"ו רמז לברית. גם דריש תיבת 'וְאֶת' על ברית שהוא לשון אות.
