"וַתִּתְחַלְחַל הַמַּלְכָּה מְאֹד", וְאָמַר רַב: שֶׁפֵּרְסָה נִדָּה (אסתר ד, ד). נראה לי בס"ד נרמז הדם בתיבת מְאֹד שהוא אותיות דם ואות א' הוא מספר הכולל של דם. אי נמי מְאֹד בחולם הוא אותיות אָדֹם זה דם נדה שהוא אדום.
