(יג) תלמוד לומר ונשיא בעמך לא תאור. דמלת "בעמך" יתירא אלא הכי קאמר ונשיא וכל מי שבעמך לא תאור אותו:
מה חרש מיוחד שהוא בחיים. שאינו חסר לו כי אם חוש השמיעה לבד:
