(ח) ומקצת עשה למחר. וכתיב "כל העושה בו מלאכה" ודרשינן במכילתין בו ולא בו ובחבירו:
ואיני יודע מעין איזה מלאכה עשה. אם חרש או זרע:
אף מאשם תלוי. היינו דלא נימא שיביא אשם תלוי עד שיתודע לו איזה מלאכה עשה ויביא חטאת:
