בִּכְלָל זֶה יְבֹאַר אִסּוּר סִפּוּר לָשׁוֹן הָרָע בְּפִיו אוֹ על יְדֵי רֶמֶז אוֹ מִכְתָּב וְגֹדֶל הָעֹנֶשׁ לְמִי שֶׁהֻרְגּל בְּעָוֹן זֶה, וְשָׂכָר, לִמִי שֶׁשּׁוֹמֵר עַצְמוֹ מֵעָוֹן הַמַּר הַזֶּה, וּשְׁאָר פְּרָטִים, וּבוֹ ט' סְעִיפִים.
