בִּכְלָל זֶה יְבֹאר אִסּוּר קַבָּלַת רְכִילוּת, אִם נֶאֱמָר בִּפְנֵי שְׁלֹשָׁה אוֹ בְּפָנָיו, וְדִין אִם הָיָה לוֹ הֶזֵּק וְקוֹל יוֹצֵא בָּעִיר, שֶׁהוּא גָּרַם לוֹ הֶזֵּק הַזֶּה, אוֹ שֶׁאֶחָד סִפֵּר לוֹ לְפִי תֻּמּוֹ בָּזֶה, אוֹ מְהֵימָן כְּבֵי תְרֵי, וּשְׁאָרֵי פְּרָטֵי דִּינֵי רְכִילוּת, וּבוֹ י' סְעִיפִים.
In this principle there will be explained the issur of accepting rechiluth if stated before three or before him, and the din, if he suffered harm and a rumor went forth that Ploni caused him this harm, or if one spoke to him "innocently" of this, or [if he were told by] one whom he believes like two witnesses, and other details of the din of rechiluth. It contains ten sections.
