In this principle there will be explained situations where the issur of rechiluth does not obtain if the necessary conditions are met. It contains fifteen sections.

Above, in the halachoth of the issurim of lashon hara, in Principle X, we explained how lashon hara may be spoken if one conducted himself improperly in matters "between man and his neighbor," where the intent of the speaker is for benefit alone. And now, in this principle we shall explain how rechiluth may be spoken ab initio if the speaker intends to remove [possible] harm. And I pray to the L–rd that I not stumble in a matter of halacha.
