והא בעינן סמיכה. פירוש ולכתחילה היכי מקרבי' ליה בלא סמיכה נמתין לו עד שיבא ויסמוך אלא בדלא אפשר ודאי אין סמיכה מעכבת שהרי ערל וטמא משלחים קרבנותיהם כדאיתא בפסחים פרק תמיד (דף ס"ב) ולא מעכבא סמיכה.
