רבי יוסי אומר חוט וכל שנקלף עמו. אפילו מן השפה ולפנים אינו חבור אלא כל שנקלף עמו. וכדתניא בתוספתא ר' יוסי אומר אף מן השפה ולפנים כל שנקלף עמו חבור וכל שאין נקלף עמו אין חבור:
