The topic: Yahrzeit in the month of Adar.
בהלכות תענית אורח חיים (תקסח / סעיף ז) כותב המחבר שיום הזכרון ואמירת קדיש באדר שני, ורמ"א פוסק שבאדר ראשון.
In the laws of fasting in [Shulchan Arukh,] Orach Chaim (568:7), the author (R. Yosef Karo) writes that the yahrzeit and the day of saying Kaddish is in the second Adar, but Ramah decides that it is in the first Adar.
אבא של אשתי נפטר באדר, ואינני יודע איך ראוי לנהוג וגם קרוביו שאלו אותי (אני כשלעצמי ממוצא אשכנזי). חותני היה צפון אפריקאי, נולד באלגריה (אורָן) וחי במרוקו, והוא נפטר בחודש אדר בשנה פשוטה.
My wife's father died in Adar, and I don't know how it is appropriate to act. My relatives asked me as well. (I myself am from an Ashkenazi background.) My father-in-law was North African. He was born in Algeria (Oran) and lived in Morocco, and died in the month of Adar in a non-leap year.
מתי יש לנהוג יום זכרון לפי הנהוג אצל יהודי צפון אפריקה? אני מודה לו על תשובתו ומאחל לכבודו חג פסח כשר ושמח, ובגאולה שלמה נזכה להקריב קרבן פסח כהלכתו.
When should one hold the yahrzeit, according to the practice of North African Jews? I thank [the rabbi] for his answer, and I wish your honor a proper and happy Passover, and may we merit to offer the Passover sacrifice with the full redemption!

מי שנלב"ע בחודש אדר ושנה שלאחריה מעוברת, יקיימו את יום הזכרון באדר ראשון ויש שעושים אותו גם באדר שני, ובשאר השנים רק באדר שני¹³⁵.

For someone who departed to 'his permanent home' in Adar, and the year after it is a leap year, they should observe the yahrzeit in the first Adar. And there are some that also make it in the second Adar. But in other years, it should only be in the second Adar.¹³⁵
