כְּשֶׁהָעוֹלָם אֵצֶל הַצַּדִּיק, אָז יֵשׁ לוֹ מֶמְשָׁלָה.
When people are by the tzaddik, he then has sovereignty.
כִּי אֱלִישָׁע, פַּעַם נִכְתַּב עָלָיו אִישׁ הָאֱלֹֹקִים, וּפַעַם – אֱלִישָׁע סְתָם. וְאָמְרוּ רַבּוֹתֵינוּ זִכְרוֹנָם לִבְרָכָה (זוהר בשלח מד): כְּשֶׁהָיוּ בְּנֵי הַנְּבִיאִים אֶצְלוֹ, הָיָה נִקְרָא אִישׁ הָאֱלֹקִים, וּכְשֶׁהָיָה לְבַדּוֹ נִקְרָא אֱלִישָׁע סְתָם:
Thus, Elisha is sometimes referred to as “a man of God” (2 Kings 5:8), and sometimes simply as “Elisha.” Our Sages teach (Zohar II, 44b): When the student-prophets were with him, he was called “a man of God”; but when he was alone, he was simply called “Elisha.”
