בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה
Blessed are You, Adonoy
אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
our God, King of the Universe,
אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָֽׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו
Who sanctified us with His commandments
וְצִוָּֽנוּ
and commanded us
לְהַדְלִיק נֵר שֶׁל יוֹם טוֹב:
to kindle the Yom Tov light.
