ובמקום ששם הפעל נודע מן הפעל ולא בא רק לבאר את הפעל – יבוא מאוחר תמיד כיון שאין בו חידוש. "וינגע ה' את פרעה נגעים"; "לא תשיך לאחיך נשך". לבד במקום שמיחס הפעולה אל ה' – יקדים תמיד שם הפעל לפני שם ה'. והטעם לזה בארו חז"ל שלא להזכיר שם שמים לבטלה. (ויקרא סימן קב)
And in a place where the direct object is known from the verb and it only comes to clarify the verb – it will always come afterwards, since there is nothing new with it.וינגע ה' את פרעה נגעים (And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues)⁴⁴⁰;לא תשיך לאחיך נשך (You shall not lend upon interest to your brother)⁴⁴¹ – except in a place where the action is attributed to God - then the direct object will always come before the name of God. And the sages of blessed memory clarify that the reason for this is so that one should not mention the God’s Name for no reason.
