ונתק וקרחת מובדלים.
The words נתקand קרחת (baldness) are different:
"הנתק" הוא רק במקצת הראש, וה"קרחת" יצויר גם בכל הראש (סימן קמב).
נתק refers only to part of the head, while קרחת refers also to all of the head.
"הנתק" הוא רק בידי שמים וה"קרחת" יהיה בין בידי שמים בין בידי אדם.
נתק is only through Heaven, while קרחת can be through Heaven or through man.
וכשהקרחת בידי שמים ובמקצת הראש מובדל הוא מן הנתק במה שהנתק יש לו רפואה וקרחת בידי שמים אין לו רפואה (תזריע ס' קמג)
When קרחת comes from Heaven and it affects part of the head, it is different than נתק in that for נתק there is a possibility of being healed, but for קרחת through Heaven there is no possibility of being healed.
