כל דברות ופרשיות המחוברות בוי"ו החיבור יש להם איזה יחוס זה לזה – אף פרשה המתחלת במלת "כי". וכל שכן תנאי החלוקות המצוינות במלת "אם" (כמו שכתבנו למעלה פרק יא). ובזה אמרו וי"ו מוסיף על ענין ראשון (ויקרא ס' נט, וסימן רמ, וסימן שנט).
For all words and chapters that are connected with the connecting prefix ו, there will be a certain connection between one and the other - even in a chapter that begins with the word כי. And all the more so, the conditional divisions that are indicated with the word אם (as was written above in Chapter 11). And with this, they say thatוי"ו מוסיף על ענין ראשון (the וadds something to the first topic).
