Speak to Bnei Yisroel and say to them; the appointed times of Adonoy, which you shall proclaim [cause] them [to occur] as holy assemblies [occurrences]; these are My appointed times.

שִׁתָּא יוֹמִין תִּתְעֲבֵד עִבִידָא וּבְיוֹמָא שְׁבִיעָאָה שְׁבַת שְׁבָתָא מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ כָּל עִבִידָא לָא תַעְבְּדוּן שַׁבְּתָא הִיא קֳדָם יְיָ בְּכֹל מוֹתְבָנֵיכוֹן:

Six days shall work be performed; and on the seventh day is a Shabbos of resting, a holy assembly [occurrence]. You shall not do any work, it is a Shabbos for [before] Adonoy in all your dwelling places.

אִלֵּין מוֹעֲדַיָּא דַיְיָ מְעָרְעֵי קַדִּישׁ דִּי תְעָרְעוּן יָתְהוֹן בְּזִמְנֵיהוֹן:

These are the appointed times of Adonoy, the holy assemblies [occurrences] that you shall proclaim [cause] them [to occur] in their appointed times.

בְּיַרְחָא קַדְמָאָה בְּאַרְבְּעַת עַשְׂרָא לְיַרְחָא בֵּין שִׁמְשַׁיָּא פִּסְחָא קֳדָם יְיָ:

In the first month (Nisan), on the fourteenth day of the month in the afternoon, is a Pesach (offering) for [before] Adonoy.

וּבְחַמְשַׁת עַשְׂרָא יוֹמָא לְיַרְחָא הָדֵין חַגָּא דְּפַטִּירַיָּא קֳדָם יְיָ שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין פַּטִּיר תֵּיכְלוּן:

On the fifteenth day of this month is the festival of matzos, for [before] Adonoy; for seven days you shall eat matzos [matzoh].

בְּיוֹמָא קַדְמָאָה מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יִהֵי לְכוֹן כָּל עִבִידַת פָּלְחַן לָא תַעְבְּדוּן:

On the first day [there] shall be a day of holy assembly [occurrence] for you; you shall not do any work of labor.

וּתְקָרְבוּן קֻרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין בְּיוֹמָא שְׁבִיעָאָה מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ כָּל עִבִידַת פָּלְחָן לָא תַעְבְּדוּן:

You shall bring a fire-offering to [an offering before] Adonoy [on each of] seven days. On the seventh day it is [a day] of holy assembly [occurrence]; you shall not do any work of labor.

Adonoy spoke to Moshe, saying,

מַלֵּיל עִם בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְתֵימַר לְהוֹן אֲרֵי תֵעֲלוּן לְאַרְעָא דִּי אֲנָא יָהֵב לְכוֹן וְתַחְצְדוּן יָת חֲצָדַהּ וְתַיְתוּן יָת עוּמְרָא רֵישׁ חֲצָדְכוֹן לְוָת כַּהֲנָא:

Speak to Bnei Yisroel and say to them; when you come into the land that I give to you and you reap its harvest, you shall bring an omer of the first fruits of your harvest to the kohein.

וִירִים יָת עוּמְרָא קֳדָם יְיָ לְרַעֲוָא לְכוֹן מִבָּתַר יוֹמָא טָבָא יְרִימִנֵּיהּ כַּהֲנָא:

He shall wave [lift up] the omer before Adonoy that it be favorably accepted for you. On the day after the day of rest (Pesach), the kohein shall wave [lift] it [up].

וְתַעְבְּדוּן בְּיוֹמָא דַאֲרָמוּתְכוֹן יָת עוּמְרָא אִמַּר שְׁלִים בַּר שַׁתֵּיהּ לַעֲלָתָא קֳדָם יְיָ:

You shall prepare, on the day when you wave [lift] the omer, an unblemished, male, yearling lamb as a burnt-offering, to [before] Adonoy.

וּמִנְחָתֵיהּ תְּרֵין עֶשְׁרוֹנִין סֻלְתָּא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח קֻרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְרַעֲוָא וְנִסְכֵּיהּ חַמְרָא רַבְעוּת הִינָא:

Its meal-offering is two tenths of flour mixed with [olive] oil as a fire-offering to [an offering before] Adonoy of pleasing fragrance [to be accepted with favor]. Its wine-offering is one fourth of a hin.

וּלְחֵם וּקְלִי וּפֵרוּכָן לָא תֵיכְלוּן עַד כְּרַן יוֹמָא הָדֵין עַד אַיְתוֹאֵיכוֹן יָת קֻרְבָּן אֱלָהָכוֹן קְיַם עָלָם לְדָרֵיכוֹן בְּכֹל מוֹתְבָנֵיכוֹן:

Bread, parched grain or tender [ground] grain you shall not eat until this very day, until you bring the offering of your God; it is an everlasting statute for all your generations in all your dwelling places.

וְתִמְנוּן לְכוֹן מִבָּתַר יוֹמָא טָבָא מִיּוֹם אַיְתוֹאֵיכוֹן יָת עוּמְרָא דַאֲרָמוּתָא שִׁבְעָא שָׁבוּעִין שַׁלְמִין יְהֶוְיָן:

You shall count for yourselves, from the day after the day of rest (Pesach) from the day on which you will bring the omer waveuplifted-offering, seven complete weeks they shall be,

עַד מִבָּתַר שְׁבוּעֲתָא שְׁבִיעֵתָא תִּמְנוּן חַמְשִׁין יוֹמִין וּתְקָרְבוּן מִנְחָתָא חֲדַתָּא קֳדָם יְיָ:

Until the day after the seventh week, you shall count fifty days, and you shall bring a new meal-offering to [before] Adonoy.

מִמּוֹתְבָנֵיכוֹן תַּיְתוּן לְחֵם אֲרָמוּתָא תַּרְתֵּין (גְּרִיצַן) תְּרֵין עֶשְׁרוֹנִין סֻלְתָּא יְהֶוְיָן חֲמִיעַ יִתְאַפְיָן בִּכּוּרִין קֳדָם יְיָ:

From [the land of] your dwelling places you shall bring two bread wave[uplifted]-offerings; of two tenths of flour they shall be. You shall bake them leavened, as first-fruit-offering to [before] Adonoy.

וּתְקָרְבוּן עַל לַחְמָא שִׁבְעָא אִמְּרִין שַׁלְמִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא וְתוֹר בַּר תּוֹרֵי חַד וְדִכְרִין תְּרֵין יְהוֹן עֲלָתָא קֳדָם יְיָ וּמִנְחָתְהוֹן וְנִסְכֵּיהוֹן קֻרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבֵּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ:

You shall bring, along with the bread, seven unblemished, yearling lambs, one young bullock and two rams; they shall be a burnt-offering to [before] Adonoy with their meal-offerings and wine-offerings, a fire-offering of pleasing fragrance to [an offering which is accepted with favor before] Adonoy.

וְתַעְבְּדוּן צְפִיר בַּר עִזֵּי חַד לְחַטָּאתָא וּתְרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא לְנִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא:

You shall prepare one he-goat as a sin-offering and two yearling lambs as peace[sacred]-offerings.

וִירִים כַּהֲנָא יָתְהוֹן עַל לְחֵם בִּכּוּרַיָּא אֲרָמוּתָא קֳדָם יְיָ עַל תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין קוּדְשָׁא יְהוֹן קֳדָם יְיָ לְכַהֲנָא:

The kohein shall wave [lift] them [up] along with the bread of the first-fruit-offering as a wave-offering [an uplifted-offering] before Adonoy with the two lambs; they shall be holy for [before] Adonoy, for the kohein.

וּתְעָרְעוּן בִּכְרַן יוֹמָא הָדֵין מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יְהֵי לְכוֹן כָּל עִבִידַת פָּלְחָן לָא תַעְבְּדוּן קְיַם עָלָם בְּכָל מוֹתְבָנֵיכוֹן לְדָרֵיכוֹן:

You shall proclaim [cause to occur] on this very day; it shall be a [day of] holy assembly [occurrence] for you you shall not do any work of labor. It is an everlasting statute in all your dwelling places throughout your generations.

וּבְמֶחֱצָדְכוֹן יָת חֲצָדָא דְאַרְעֲכוֹן לָא תְשֵׁיצֵי פָּאתָא דְחַקְלָךְ בְּמֶחֱצָדָךְ וּלְקָטָא דַחֲצָדָךְ לָא תְלַקֵּט לְעַנְיֵי וּלְגִיּוֹרֵי תִּשְׁבּוֹק יָתְהוֹן אֲנָא יְיָ אֱלָהָכוֹן:

When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not cut completely the corner of your field when you reap. You shall not gather the gleaning of your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and the proselyte, I am Adonoy, your God.

Adonoy spoke to Moshe, saying;

מַלֵּיל עִם בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לְמֵימָר בְּיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה בְּחַד לְיַרְחָא יְהֵי לְכוֹן נְיָחָא דּוּכְרַן יַבָּבָא מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ:

Speak to Bnei Yisroel, saying; in the seventh month, on the first of the month, shall be for you a [day of] rest. A remembrance of the sounding [crying] [of the shofor], a holy assembly [occurrence].

כָּל עִבִידַת פָּלְחָנָא לָא תַעְבְּדוּן וּתְקָרְבוּן קֻרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ:

בְּרַם בְּעַשְׂרָא לְיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה הָדֵין יוֹמָא דְכִפּוּרַיָּא הוּא מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יְהֵי לְכוֹן וּתְעַנּוּן יָת נַפְשָׁתֵיכוֹן וּתְקָרְבוּן קֻרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ:

Indeed, on the tenth day of this seventh month is a day of atonement. It shall be for you a [day of] holy assembly [occurrence] and you shall afflict yourselves and you shall bring a fire-offering to [an offering before] Adonoy.

וְכָל עִבִידָא לָא תַעְבְּדוּן בִּכְרַן יוֹמָא הָדֵין אֲרֵי יוֹמָא דְכִפּוּרַיָּא הוּא לְכַפָּרָא עֲלֵיכוֹן קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָכוֹן:

You shall not do any work on this very day, for it is a day of atonements, to atone for you before Adonoy, your God.

אֲרֵי כָל אֲנָשָׁא דִּי לָא מִתְעַנֵּי בִּכְרַן יוֹמָא הָדֵין וְיִשְׁתֵּיצֵי מֵעַמָּהָא:

For any person who will not be afflicted on this very day shall be cut off from his people.

וְכָל אֱנַשׁ דִּי תַעְבֵּד כָּל עִבִידָא בִּכְרַן יוֹמָא הָדֵין וְאוֹבֵד יָת אֲנָשָׁא הַהִיא מִגּוֹ עַמַּהּ:

Any person who does any work on this very day, I will cause that person to perish from among his people.

כָּל עִבִידָא לָא תַעְבְּדוּן קְיַם עָלָם לְדָרֵיכוֹן בְּכֹל מוֹתְבָנֵיכוֹן:

You shall not do any work; it is an everlasting statute for all your generations in all your dwelling places.

שְׁבַת שְׁבָתָא הוּא לְכוֹן וּתְעַנּוּן יָת נַפְשָׁתֵיכוֹן בְּתִישְׁעָא לְיַרְחָא בְּרַמְשָׁא מֵרַמְשָׁא עַד רַמְשָׁא תְּנוּחוּן נְיַחֲכוֹן:

It is a Shabbos of complete rest for you and you shall afflict yourselves on the ninth day of the month at evening; from evening to evening you shall rest, on your day of rest.

Speak to Bnei Yisroel saying; on the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the festival of [shelters] Sukkos for seven days, for [before] Adonoy.

אִלֵּין מוֹעֲדַיָּא דַיְיָ דִּי תְעָרְעוּן יָתְהוֹן מְעָרְעֵי קַדִּישׁ לְקָרָבָא קֻרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ עֲלָתָא וּמִנְחָתָא נִכְסַת קוּדְשִׁין וְנִסּוּכִין פִּתְגַם יוֹם בְּיוֹמֵיהּ:

These are the appointed times of Adonoy which you shall proclaim [cause] them [to occur] [as] holy assemblies [occurrences], on which to bring a fire-offering to [an offering before] Adonoy; a burnt-offering and a meal-offering, a [sacred-]sacrifice and wine-offerings, each on its assigned day,

בַּר שַׁבַּיָּא דַיְיָ וּבַר מַתְּנָתֵיכוֹן וּבַר כָּל נִדְרֵיכוֹן וּבַר כָּל נִדְבָתֵיכוֹן דִּי תִתְּנוּן קֳדָם יְיָ:

Besides the [offerings of the] Shabbasos of Adonoy and besides your gifts and besides all your vow-offerings and besides all your free-will-offerings that you will give to [before] Adonoy.

בְּרַם בְּחַמְשָׁא עֲשַׁר יוֹמָא לְיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה בְּמִכְנְשֵׁיכוֹן יָת עֲלַלַת אַרְעָא תְּחַגּוּן יָת חַגָּא קֳדָם יְיָ שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין בְּיוֹמָא קַדְמָאָה נְיָחָא וּבְיוֹמָא תְמִינָאָה נְיָחָא:

Indeed, on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you gather the produce of the land you shall celebrate the festival of [before] Adonoy for seven days. The first day is a day of rest and the eighth day is a day of rest.

וְתִסְּבוּן לְכוֹן בְּיוֹמָא קַדְמָאָה פֵּרֵי אִילָנָא אֶתְרוֹגִין וְלֻלַּבִּין וַהֲדַסִּין וְעַרְבִין דִּנְחָל וְתֶחֱדוּן קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָכוֹן שַׁבְעַת יוֹמִין:

You shall take for yourselves, on the first day, the fruit of the beautiful tree (esrog) [esrogim], a branch of palm trees (lulav) [lulavim], boughs of thick-leaved trees (hadasim), and willows of the brook (aravos), and you shall rejoice before Adonoy, your God, for seven days.

וּתְחַגּוּן יָתֵיהּ חַגָּא קֳדָם יְיָ שַׁבְעַת יוֹמִין בְּשַׁתָּא קְיַם עָלָם לְדָרֵיכוֹן בְּיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה תְּחַגּוּן יָתֵיהּ:

You shall celebrate it as a festival to [before] Adonoy seven days in the year; it is an everlasting statute throughout your generations in the seventh month, you shall celebrate it.

בִּמְטַלַּיָּא תֵיתְבוּן שַׁבְעַת יוֹמִין כָּל יַצִּיבָא בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל יֵתְבוּן בִּמְטַלַּיָּא:

You shall dwell in the [shelters] sukkos seven days, every native born [settled] Israelite shall dwell in the [shelters] sukkos.

בְּדִיל דִּיִדְּעוּן דָּרֵיכוֹן אֲרֵי בִמְטַלָּיוּת עֲנָנֵי אוֹתֵבִית יָת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּאַפָּקוּתִי יָתְהוֹן מֵאַרְעָא דְמִצְרָיִם אֲנָא יְיָ אֱלָהָכוֹן:

So that your generations will know that in the [clouds of shelter] sukkos I caused Bnei Yisroel to dwell when I took them out from the land of Egypt, I am Adonoy, your God.

וּמַלִּיל משֶׁה יָת סְדַר מוֹעֲדַיָּא דַיְיָ וְאַלֵּפִנּוּן לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל:

And thus Moshe declared the [order of the] appointed times of Adonoy [and taught them] to Bnei Yisroel.
