The Lord reigns; let the peoples tremble: he is enthroned upon the keruvim; let the earth be moved.
The L rd reigns — peoples will tremble [(in the war of Gog and Magog viz. Zechariah 14:12)]. [Before] the Sitter [above the] cherubs, the earth will totter.
The Lord is great in Żiyyon; and he is high above all the peoples.
The L rd is great in Zion and exalted above all the peoples.
Let them praise Thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
[All] will praise Your name, great and awesome — it is holy.
O mighty king, who loves justice, Thou hast established equity; Thou dost execute justice and righteousness in Ya῾aqov.
And [they will praise] the strength of the King who loves justice. You have founded justness [(compromise leading to peace)]. You have wrought justice and righteousness in Jacob.
Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.
Exalt the L rd our G d and bow down to His footstool [the Temple], for He is holy.
Moshe and Aharon among his priests, and Shemu᾽el among those who call upon his name; they called upon the Lord, and he answered them.
Moses and Aaron among His priests, and Samuel among the callers of His name, called to the L rd and He answered them.
He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.
In a pillar of cloud He spoke to them for having kept His testimonies and the statute [that] He gave to them.
Thou didst answer them, O Lord our God: a forgiving God wast Thou to them, though Thou didst take vengeance for their misdeeds.
O L rd our G d, You answered them. You were a forgiving G d to them [(for the sins of Israel)], yet You avenged their misdeeds [(Moses, viz. Numbers 20:10; Samuel died young for not having guided his sons properly.)]
רוֹמְמ֡וּ יְ֘הֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ וְֽ֭הִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְהַ֣ר קׇדְשׁ֑וֹ כִּי־קָ֝ד֗וֹשׁ יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃{פ}
Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the Lord our God is holy.
Exalt the L rd our G d and bow down to the mountain of His holiness [i.e., the Temple on Mount Moriah], for holy is the L rd our G d [(By being exacting with the righteous, He is sanctified in the world.)]
