לֹא דֻכְּאוּ. לִבָּם מֵרָעָתָם:

And He could no longer bear Heb. ולא יוּכַל, like ולא יָכוֹל, and He could not.

פַּרְעֹה חָפְרַע. ״פַּרְעֹה תְּבִירָא״ (תרגום יונתן); וְחִי״ת זוֹ מְשַׁמֶּשֶׁת בִּמְקוֹם הֵ״א:

Pharaoh Hophra Heb. פרעה חפרע, rendered by Jonathan as פרעֹה תבירה, the broken Pharaoh, and this ‘heth’ serves instead of a ‘heh.’
