"He will bring it on his own will” (Vayikra 1:3). The Gemara (Rosh Hashanah 6a) explains this means a person can be forced to bring his offering until he says, “I want to bring it.” This teaches that if someone desires to be under Hashem's rule, he can ensure he is compelled from Heaven to fulfill this, as long as he wills it. Everything depends on a person's will.
