אם לא עירבו החצירו' יחד וגם לא נשתתפו במבוי מותר לטלטל בכל המבוי כלים ששבתו בתוכו בין עירבו חצירו' עם הבתים בין לא עירבו ולהרב רבינו משה בר מיימון דוקא כשלא עירבו חצירו' עם הבתים אבל אם עירבו חצירו' עם הבתים אין מטלטלין במבוי אלא בארבע אמות:

The law if the courtyards did not establish an eruv together and also did not partner in the alleyway. Containing 1 section. If the courtyards did not make an eruv together and also did not make a partnership in the alleyway, it is permitted to carry throughout the entire alleyway items that rested in it on Shabbat—whether the courtyards made an eruv with the houses or they did not make an eruv. According to our teacher Rabbi Moshe bar Maimon, this applies specifically when they did not make an eruv of courtyards with the houses. But if they made an eruv of courtyards with the houses, one may only carry in the alleyway within four cubits.
