כְּבָר מְבֹאָר כַּמָּה פְּעָמִים: שֶׁאֵין צְרִיכִין שׁוּם חָכְמוֹת בַּעֲבוֹדַת הַבּוֹרֵא יִתְבָּרַךְ, רַק תְּמִימוּת וּפְשִׁיטוּת וֶאֱמוּנָה.
Many times the Rebbe said that no sophistication is needed in serving God. All that is required is simplicity, sincerity and faith (see note 134, p. XX).
וְאָמַר: שֶׁפְּשִׁיטוּת הוּא גָּבוֹהַּ מִן הַכֹּל.
The Rebbe said that simplicity is the highest possible thing.
כִּי הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ בָּרוּךְ הוּא הוּא בְּוַדַּאי גָּבוֹהַּ מִן הַכֹּל. וְהוּא יִתְבָּרַךְ הוּא פָּשׁוּט בְּתַכְלִית הַפְּשִׁיטוּת.
God is certainly higher than all else. And God is ultimately simple.
