אָמַר: טוֹב הָיָה לְהָאָדָם שֶׁיִּבְחַר לוֹ אֵיזֶה מָקוֹם וְיֵשֵׁב שָׁם יוֹמָם וָלַיְלָה וְיַעֲסֹק בְּתוֹרָה וּתְפִלָּה וַעֲבוֹדַת ה'.

The Rebbe said: It is good to select a place and sit there day and night, involved in Torah, prayer and devotion to God.

וּכְשֶׁצָּרִיךְ לֶאֱכֹל יָרוּץ לְתוֹךְ אֵיזֶה בַּיִת וַיִּקַּח שָׁם בְּחִפָּזוֹן אֵיזֶה חֲתִיכַת לֶחֶם וְכַיּוֹצֵא לְהַעֲבִיר רַעֲבוֹנוֹ, וְאַחַר כָּךְ יַחֲזֹר לַעֲבוֹדָתוֹ.

When you must eat, run swiftly to some house, quickly grab a crust of bread to appease your hunger, and then go back to serving God.
