אָמַר: מַה יֵּשׁ לְהָאָדָם לַעֲשׂוֹת בְּזֶה הָעוֹלָם?, אֵין צָרִיךְ כִּי אִם לְהִתְפַּלֵּל וְלִלְמֹד וּלְהִתְפַּלֵּל. מֶע בַּאדַארְף מֶער נִיט נָאר דַּאִווינֶין אִין לֶערְנֶין אִין דַּאִווינֶין.

The Rebbe said, “What does a person have to do in this world? Me bedarf mer nit nar davenin uhn lehrnen uhn davenin – All that is needed is to pray and study and pray.”³⁶⁶ #1. This was said in connection with the lesson in Likutey Moharan I, 1.
