סדר ברכת התורה:
(The following blessings are recited by every person called to the Torah.)
העולה אומר: בָּרְכוּ אֶת יְהֹוָה הַמְבֹרָךְ:
The Kohein walks up to the Torah and says: Blessed Adonoy, Who is blessed.
והקהל עונין: בָּרוּךְ יְהֹוָה הַמְבֹרָךְ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד:
The Congregation responds and the Kohein repeats: Blessed is Adonoy, Who is blessed, forever and ever.
והעולה חוזר ואומר: בָּרוּךְ יְהֹוָה הַמְבֹרָךְ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד:
The Kohein repeats: Blessed is Adonoy, Who is blessed, forever and ever.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר בָּחַר בָּנוּ מִכָּל הָעַמִּים וְנָתַן לָנוּ אֶת תּוֹרָתוֹ: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה נוֹתֵן הַתּוֹרָה:
Blessed are You, Adonoy our God, King of the Universe, Who chose us from among all the peoples and gave us His Torah. Blessed are You, Adonoy, Giver of the Torah.
אחר קריאת התורה מברך העולה:
After the Torah is read, the Kohein says:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר נָתַן לָנוּ תּוֹרַת אֱמֶת וְחַיֵּי עוֹלָם נָטַע בְּתוֹכֵנוּ: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה נוֹתֵן הַתּוֹרָה:
Blessed are You, Adonoy our God, King of the Universe Who gave us the Torah of truth, and implanted eternal life within us. Blessed are You, Adonoy, Giver of the Torah.
