And the man of God said, etc.: Question: What is the change here that Scripture called him "man of God," and when he was in the city he was called Elisha? And he answers: But here he is certainly the man of God, because this is his place, and not in the city, and not at the time when the sons of the prophets were before him. And that is why he was not called "man of God" but Elisha.
