Rabbi Yitzchak said, etc.: The Ari, the upper light, which is Zeir Anpin, and the lower light, which is the Nukva, are united together in the word “and you,” because “and you” is the name of the Nukva, as mentioned. And the additional letter Vav is Zeir Anpin. As you say, “and you give life to all,” which surrounds Zeir Anpin and the Nukva. And therefore it is not written, “and you shall approach Aaron, your brother,” and “and you shall command the children of Israel,” and “and you shall speak to all who are wise in heart.” This is because at that time, the sun, which is Zeir Anpin, was on the moon, which is the Nukva, and everything was united as one, meaning Zeir Anpin and the Nukva, to serve in the craft of the work. And therefore it is written in them “and you,” who rules over Zeir Anpin and the Nukva. Rabbi Eleazar said, from this it is understood that the Shechinah was over the craftsmanship of the work of the Mishkan, as it is said, "that HaShem gave wisdom and understanding in it."
