¹ נהגוהעם שלא לעשות מלאכה במוצאי שבת ובראשי חדשים. ירושלמי פ"ק דתענית (הל' ו'.) ופ' מקום שנהגו (הל' א'. וע"ש.) כל הדברים עושין אותו במנהג נשיא דנהיגין דלא למיעבד עבידתא במיפק שבתא אינו מנהג עד דתיתפני סידרא מנהגא בתעניתא ובחמישתא אינו מנהג עד דמפני תענית מנהגא ביומא דתעניתא אינו מנהגא מן המנחה ולמעלה ובריש ירחא מנהגא:
