Blessed are You, Adonoy,
אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶלֶֽךְ הָעוֹלָם
our God, King of the universe,

for the food and the sustenance
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה

וְעַל תְּנוּבַת הַשָּׂדֶה,
for the produce of the field;
וְעַל אֶֽרֶץ
and for the land
חֶמְדָּה טוֹבָה וּרְ֒חָבָה,
which is delightful, good, and spacious
שֶׁרָצִֽיתָ
that You were pleased
וְהִנְחַֽלְתָּ לַאֲבוֹתֵֽינוּ,
to allot as a heritage to our ancestors,
לֶאֱכֹל מִפִּרְיָהּ
to eat of its fruit
וְלִשְׂבֹּֽעַ מִטּוּבָהּ,
and to be satisfied with its goodness.
רַחֵם נָא יְהֹוָה אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ
Have compassion Adonoy, our God,
עַל יִשְׂרָאֵל עַמֶּֽךָ,
upon Israel, Your people,
וְעַל יְרוּשָׁלַֽיִם עִירֶֽךָ,
upon Jerusalem, Your city,
וְעַל צִיּוֹן מִשְׁכַּן כְּבוֹדֶֽךָ,
upon Zion, the dwelling place of Your glory,
וְעַל מִזְבְּ֒חֶֽךָ וְעַל הֵיכָלֶֽךָ,
upon Your Altar and upon Your Temple.
וּבְ֒נֵה יְרוּשָׁלַֽיִם עִיר הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ
Rebuild Jerusalem, city of the Holy Sanctuary
בִּמְ֒הֵרָה בְיָמֵֽינוּ,
speedily in our days:
וְהַעֲלֵֽנוּ לְתוֹכָהּ,
bring us up into it
וְשַׂמְּ֒חֵֽנוּ בְּבִנְיָנָהּ
and cause us to rejoice in its rebuilding;
וְנֹאכַל מִפִּרְיָהּ
let us eat from its fruit
וְנִשְׂבַּע מִטּוּבָהּ,
and be satisfied with its goodness,
וּנְ֒בָרֶכְ֒ךָ עָלֶֽיהָ
and bless You for it
בִּקְ֒דֻשָּׁה וּבְ֒טָהֳרָה,
in holiness and purity.
וּרְ֒צֵה וְהַחֲלִיצֵנוּ
May it please You to strengthen us
בְּיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת הַזֶּה,
on this Shabbos Day.
וְזָכְ֒רֵֽנוּ לְטוֹבָה,
Remember us for good
בְּיוֹם רֹאשׁ הַחֹֽדֶשׁ הַזֶּה,
on this Rosh Chodesh day.
וְשַׂמְּ֒חֵֽנוּ
Cause us to rejoice on:
בְּיוֹם חַג הַמַּצּוֹת הַזֶּה,
this Festival of Matzos.
בְּיוֹם חַג הַשָּׁבֻעוֹת הַזֶּה,
this Festival of Shavuos.
בְּיוֹם חַג הַסֻּכּוֹת הַזֶּה,
this Festival of Sukkos.
בְּיוֹם הַשְּׁ֒מִינִי חַג הָעֲצֶֽרֶת הַזֶּה,
this Festival of Shemini Atzeres.
וְזָכְ֒רֵֽנוּ לְטוֹבָה,
Remember us for good
בְּיוֹם הַזִּכָּרוֹן הַזֶּה,
on this Day of Remembrance.
כִּי אַתָּה יְהֹוָה טוֹב
For You, Adonoy, are good
וּמֵטִיב לַכֹּל,
and beneficent to all,
וְנוֹדֶה לְךָ עַל הָאָֽרֶץ
and we thank You for the land
וְעַל הַמִּחְיָה,
and for the food.
