And I turned, and lifted up my eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out four chariots from between the two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.

In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot, black horses;

and in the third chariot, white horses; and in the fourth chariot, grizzled, bay horses.

Then I answered and said to the angel who talked with me, What are these, my lord? And the angel answered and said to me.

These are the four winds of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

That in which are the black horses goes out into the north country; and the white go after them; and the grizzled go towards the south country.

And the bay horses went out, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.

Then he cried upon me, and spoke to me, saying, Behold, these that go towards the north country have relieved my spirit in the north country.

And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

Take from the Exiles, from Helday, from Toviyya, and from Yeda῾ya, and come thou on that same day and go into the house of Yoshiyya the son of Żefanya who have come from Bavel;

and take from them silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Yehoshua the son of Yehożadaq, the high priest;

and speak to him, saying, Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold a man whose name is Żemaĥ, and who shall grow up out of his place; and he shall build the temple of the Lord:

he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and there shall be a priest before his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

But the crowns shall remain for a memorial to Helem, and to Toviyya, and to Yeda῾ya, and to Ḥen the son of Żefanya, in the temple of the Lord.

And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the Lord, and you shall know that the Lord of Hosts has sent me to you. And this shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God.
