Sicknesses of death surrounded me, troubles of Sheol found me, stress and sorrow I found.

But in the name of the LORD I call: please, LORD, save my soul!

חַנָנָא יְיָ וְזַכָּאָה וֵאלָהָנָא מְרַחֵם:

Gracious is the LORD and meritorious, and our God is compassionate.

Guarding the simpletons is the LORD; I was made poor, but He saw me to redeem.
