A noun that is in construct state with many:
לפעמים יבוא השם עם כל סומך: "בפרי בטנך ובפרי אדמתך", "בכור שור בכור כשב בכור עז".
Sometimes, the noun comes with everything in construct state: בפרי בטנך ובפרי אדמתך (in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your cattle, and in the fruit of your land)⁴⁷⁵, בכור שור בכור כשב בכור עז (the firstling of an ox, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat)⁴⁷⁶.

ולפעמים לא יבוא בכל פעם כמו: "מעשר דגנך תירושך ויצהרך".
